Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located in a prime spot, right across the road from the Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills Outlet Mall, General Jackson River Cruise, and the massive Gaylord Resort. The rooms were a bit dated, but I was moved to a cleaner room upon request. The service was a mix - some staff were very pleasant and helpful, while others tried to aggressively sell timeshares. The location is excellent for exploring Nashville's attractions, with a convenient shuttle service available. The dining experience was a letdown as the promised breakfast turned out to be a sales pitch. Despite some ups and downs, the facilities were decent.
My stay at this Wyndham resort was a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious and well-equipped, fell short of expectations. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, turning a potentially bad situation into a more pleasant one. The peaceful location near various attractions was a definite highlight, but there were some drawbacks to consider.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were impressive with modern appliances and a jetted tub, but the constant pestering about timeshare tours and a poor shower experience did not sit well with me. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions but had some drawbacks, and the dining turned out to be a sales tactic rather than a genuine experience. Despite these issues, the hotel had some excellent facilities to offer.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although a bit dated, were perfectly fine and spacious with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms, garden tub, and balcony. However, there was a noticeable awful smell that was off-putting. The service had its highs and lows, with some staff rushing our kids through an activity and pushing timeshares, but there were two exceptional individuals who turned things around for us. The location was excellent, well-kept with lovely herb gardens, and close to attractions like The Grand Ole Opry. Unfortunately, the dining experience turned out to be a timeshare sales pitch, leaving us seeking breakfast elsewhere. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was great overall. The rooms were nice, clean, and quite spacious, although having only two towels for two adults for three days was a bit inconvenient. The location was excellent, close to attractions like the Grand Old Opry and the downtown area. However, the constant pressure to attend a sales meeting about Wyndham changes was bothersome. The service was friendly, but the persistent attempts to sell timeshares could be off-putting at times.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms in building 10 were big, clean, and fully stocked with kitchen items and gadgets. The location was convenient, close to attractions like the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills shopping mall. The service was friendly and accommodating for our group of eight. The dining experience had some limitations, but overall, it was a great place to stay.
